Why can't I login to my account?

The most common reason for difficulties logging in to is duplicate accounts. A duplicate account is created whenever someone with an existing account on creates a new account that uses the same email address. If you have duplicate accounts, will not recognize your email address as a valid username and will not allow you to login.


If you believe that you may have previously registered for an account on but don't remember your password, follow the instructions on the Forgot Password? page to reset your password using your email address.


If you have unable to reset your password, please submit a support request to NICHQ. We will examine our system and combine any duplicate accounts into a single account, which will then allow you to login and/or reset your password.
